The vinyl backing ensures resistance to fraying and unravelling. Mats are available rectangular, half round, oval and oblong shapes in all regular sizes. Designs either printed using water-based lights fast pigment dyes or enamel paints. Mats can be flocked with polyamide (nylon) on state of the art 6 colour electrostatic flocking machine.
